Facility Use & Conduct Policy
External food is permitted solely for those accompanying toddlers.
Unless you're actively consuming food, are a Senior Citizen, in Uniform, or an RAOWA member, please be aware that all orders are to be paid for upfront and placed directly at the counter.
All prices listed are final and non-negotiable.
For the comfort and security of all guests, we reserve the right to decline service or request departure if you:
Are excessively loud or disruptive.
Exhibit inappropriate behavior.
Appear intoxicated or under the influence of substances.
Engage in or give cause for suspicion of illegal activities.
Please be considerate: if you do not place an order within 20 minutes of your arrival, we may ask you to vacate the premises, especially during peak hours. The maximum duration to stay without re-ordering is 120 minutes.
Reservation Policy: We highly recommend making reservations, particularly during peak hours, to ensure prompt seating and service. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any necessary adjustments to reservation times.
Pricing and Taxes: Prices listed on the menu are exclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, and additional charges may apply.
Privacy & Security Policy
For the safety and security of our premises, we have implemented CCTV monitoring at key points and perimeters. Please be aware of the following:
Our surveillance is strictly for security reasons; we do not retain footage related to the companions of our customers.
Access to the video footage is restricted. It will only be provided in response to a lawful court order.
All data from registered customers is stored with the utmost confidentiality. Its sole purpose is to enhance customer experience. We pledge not to share this data with third-party entities.

Refund Policy
Although we try our best to serve you the finest, sometimes, our food might not be at your palate standard. In such cases we follow this SoP:
If it's not eaten more than 50%, we will try to fix it as per your palate and instructions
If we can't fix it, you may claim a full/partial refund
If your food has a safety / hygiene issue due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make a new order free of cost or you may ask for a full refund
If the food is delayed by twice the time mentioned in our site / by your server, you may claim a full/partial refund
If the food is consumed more than 50% and you didn't like it, please accept our sincere apology and we shall prepare as per your desire on your next visit
Music Policy
We believe that music plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Our music policy is designed to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that complements the culinary delights we offer. We aim to strike a balance that appeals to a diverse audience while maintaining the unique ambiance of our establishment. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our music policy:
Genre Selection: We curate a diverse playlist that includes various genres such as jazz, pop, soft rock, acoustic, and ambient music. The selection is designed to cater to different tastes and preferences, creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
Volume Control: We strive to maintain an optimal music volume that allows for comfortable conversation without overpowering the dining experience. You may change your table if you are not comfortable with the music volume.
Live Performances: Occasionally, we may feature live musical performances to enhance the dining experience. Live performances will align with the overall ambiance and will be scheduled at times that complement the dining flow.
Seasonal Playlists: Our music selection may change with the seasons to align with the changing atmosphere and vibes throughout the year. Seasonal playlists may include festive tunes during holidays or refreshing tracks in the summer months.
Guest Requests: We welcome suggestions and requests from our guests. Feel free to let our staff know if you have a specific song or artist you'd like to hear. Requests will be accommodated whenever possible and in line with our overall music policy and shall incur additional fees of BDT 500.00 for every 10 minutes.
Cultural Sensitivity: We are committed to maintaining a culturally sensitive environment. Our music selection aims to be inclusive and respectful of diverse backgrounds and preferences.

Reservation Policy
Full restaurant bookings are not available; however, we welcome reservations for individual seats and tables in advance to ensure a delightful dining experience.
Reservations exceeding 12 chairs or 3 tables will be considered a party.
Parties are subject to a minimum billing amount per person, which varies based on the time slot:
BDT 300.00 per person (0730-1159 hours)
BDT 600.00 per person (1200-1459 hours)
BDT 300.00 per person (1500-1759 hours)
BDT 800.00 per person (1800-2300 hours)
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, party bills will be issued individually or at the lowest discount rate applicable to an individual (who joined the party), not exceeding 10%.
All party reservations must be made one day in advance, and a fixed menu must be selected. Additionally, a minimum of half of the total bill is required to be paid in advance.
Parties with more than 70 guests have the option to change the music policy at no extra cost.
To maintain a smooth flow of service, parties are limited to a maximum duration of 4 hours. Following this period, a new order must be placed to keep the table open.
We are happy to accommodate any special requests, such as decorations or specific dietary requirements, with prior discussion and arrangement.
In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
If your party is running late, please inform us in advance. Reservations will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes.
While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, specific table requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
